Baked Brie

Hot melted cheese. Whats not to love? I also made this right before I left Ireland for a week so I had very little food left over and this what what I could make (thus the pieces are really small).

  • Brie
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Flour
  • Eggs
  • Bread (or whatever else you want to eat it with...which could be nothing)
1) Preheat the oven to 350F/176C
2) Dip the Brie in the egg.
3) Dip the Brie in the flour.
4) Dip the Brie back in the egg.
5) Roll the Brie in the breadcrumbs.
5) Bake the Brie until the breadcrumbs are starting to brown.
