Got a lot of cupcake related stuff for New Years, and the book and magazine had 'new years cupcakes'. I combined the decorations from one and the ingredients from another to make these!
Ingredients:
1) Prepare the cupcakes as directed but replace the milk or water with champagne.
2) Bake as directed but keep an eye on them! One batch of mine took half the time (7 min) the other took 10 min.
3) Let cool.
4) Prepare the frosting as directed but replace the milk or water with champagne.
5) Add the frosting and decorations to the cupcakes!
Ingredients:
- Box vanilla cupcake mix
- Box vanilla frosting mix
- Whatever they call for (minus the milk and water)
- Champagne
- Decorations
